The River Oath is older than the crown. Its blue lamps lead arrivals toward water, shelter, bread, and a guide before they meet soldiers or tax clerks. Stonebrook’s districts make the same promise in practical ways: grain crosses the market scales, tools pass through Hammer Ward, relief stores wait in the depot, and harbor crews keep the distant roads connected.

Crown Walk joins Rowan Keep to the bank, depot, and market. The River Oath precinct gives newcomers a clear starting point, while Calia’s training yard and the eastern farms prepare them for the first hunting bounds. Lantern Rows, the Rowan Hearth, and Lower Quay show who lives behind the services and where every outward road begins.

The east road teaches readable danger beyond the farms. The north road carries ore, patrols, and weather reports to Northwatch. The south road belongs to mourners and cemetery keepers. Harbor departures reach the wider realm, while Crown Walk turns inward toward civic accountability. Each route threatens a different link in Stonebrook’s chain.
