Why the place is remembered
Northwatch’s most important documents are tallies, weather marks, and names of overdue people. The yard is where those records meet the road that produced them.

Northwatch Turning Yard
The North Road widens into a cart turn rather than stopping at a grand gate. Service clusters occupy the yard’s edges while the center remains open for wagons, pack animals, and returning patrols.
Wayfinding purpose
On arrival, use Tove’s bank ledger or Orrin’s depot shelves as needed, restock with Reva, check Ada’s ranger board, then choose the road or Elin’s stable route home.
