Read the Ground Before It Burns

Scene
Warning geometry is drawn on the ground the fight is standing on, where it can be read in time.
Realm
Ulna Realm
The marks that show where a blow will land are drawn crisp and plain, and the fire that falls beyond the Obsidian Gate now reads across six frames.
A fight should be decided by what you noticed, not by what the frame hid from you. The marks that warn where a blow is about to land are now drawn with hard edges and one plain shape, so the ground under your boots tells you where not to be standing when it arrives.
The fire that falls on the black-glass apron beyond the Obsidian Gate was redrawn across six frames. The fall has a beginning, a weight and an end that can be counted. A hunter who survives it once should be able to step off the mark the second time, and that is the whole of the bargain: the world warns you honestly, and what you do with the warning is yours.
The same rule governs the rest of it. A danger belongs to the ground and to the creature that made it, not to a row of numbers at the edge of the screen. Keep your eyes on the road and the road will keep telling you the truth.
This work is in the build being readied and is not an opening of the roads. Invite access remains limited; the download page and the realm status board record what can be entered today.
